Rock Spectacle (pronounced "rock spek-TAK", Canadian French for "rock show") is Barenaked Ladies' first live album. It was recorded during the band's extensive tour to promote Born On A Pirate Ship and was released on November 19, 1996 by Reprise Records. This was the first BNL record to feature Kevin Hearn, who had been hired as a replacement for Andy Creeggan after BOAPS was recorded.

Notes/Trivia[]
- The Montreal show was also filmed, and was used as the basis for a televised pay-per-view special produced by Melodeum Productions and Buzz Image Group; this is what Ed is referring to in the banter leading up to "Uncle Elwyn" when he mentions the camera cranes. That special's performances of "Brian Wilson", "Jane", "What A Good Boy", "Life, In A Nutshell" and "If I Had $1000000" are different from the ones on the record, indicating that the Rock Spectacle versions of these songs were taken from the Chicago show.
- The album was originally going to include a version of "Shoe Box", but it was left off at the last minute.
